UNIQUE PEDAGOGY

The pedagogy comprises case studies, live projects, assignments, presentations, guest lectures, role plays, rural amp; urban field visits, industry visits, and interactive classroom sessions.

The learning that is gained from peer interactions is as important as what students gain in the classrooms. Having a diverse peer group on campus exposes students to different cultures, ideas, and perspectives. Student Clubs (Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Food Business, etc.) and Societies (Personality Development, Cultural, etc.) are an important part of the learning and practicing environment at NIFTEM, which are driven by students for their 360-degree development.

Students are expected to spend considerable time in self-study and group study. Based on research interests, students are also attached to faculty research projects. The teaching-learning process lays emphasis on leadership, integrative thinking, and peer group learning.
