1. Lean Startup Methodology for Medium and Large Organizations: Quickly, efficiently, and effectively test innovative ideas using this cutting-edge process applied by successful corporations around the world. 2. Convergent Innovation: Why and how to connect your business/company synergistically with larger value chain networks of various sizes, public agencies, and civil society organizations and be a part of an innovation ecosystem that fosters effective supply and demand creation, for gaining economic, social, and environmental benefits. Convergent Innovation (CI) designs novel bonds between business and other actors in society and centres its efforts on developing a deep and actionable understanding of what drives human behaviour. Patrick is the Founding Partner and CEO of Enlighten Consultancy Services (ECS), a consultancy business whose mission is to provide effective and long-term value by helping clients achieve their goals and solve their toughest problems. ECS has aided hundreds of organizations with projects in business strategy, innovation, technical design, R&D planning, and operations, which span industries and functions. More notable clients include: Agropur, Top 20 largest dairy processor globallywith nearly $6 Billion in sales. At the McGill, ECS performed an innovation and entrepreneurship benchmarking analysis, at the MIT and subsequently launched two initiatives at McGill University aimed at bringing new products to market.

Dr.Venkatesh Sosle

Venkatesh Sosle is a Food Science and Technology professional who has worked in private, academic and government sectors over the past two decades. He has dealt with R&D, regulatory issues, QC and Continuous Improvement in agri-food sector. Venkatesh is

Prof.Ashutosh Upadhyay

Professor and HOD ,Department of Food Science and Technology, NIFTEM.

He has more than 20 years of experience of teaching Food Technology subjects. He has been awarded young scientist award in 2007 and best science research award in 2008.

Dr.Vimal Pant

Associate Professor in the Department of Food Business Management , NIFTEM.

He  has a varied experience of over 15 years in Academics, Consulting and Industry. He has been head of  Zonal Credit Administration Department at UCO Bank as well as at the Retail Loan Hub. He has been involved in credit processing and sanction for retail and industry clients. He also worked as Associate Consultant for Project Implementation Plans.

This approach seeks to ameliorate health problems, such as obesity and under-nutrition, in ways that transform agri-food value chains and stimulate sustainable economic growth.

National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), India

NIFTEM was conceptualized by Government of India on persistent demand of the food industry to have an apex body as a "One Stop Solution Provider" for the various problems of the sector. The institute acts as a centre of excellence and an apex world class centre of global standards in the area of food technology and management. It caters to the need of various stakeholders such as entrepreneurs, industries, exporters, policy makers, government and existing institutions. NIFTEM being an apex institution under Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) have developed strong linkages with industries.

Program  Fee:

  • Rs.10,000 per individual participant (Including taxes)
  • Rs.2,000 discount on fee if a corporate registers 3 or more employees for the program
