Greetings from the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM). We are pleased to introduce NIFTEM as a Centre of Excellence in the area of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Management. NIFTEM has been established under the UG De-Novo category by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI), Government of India; is recognized by UGC & AICTE. All the courses:- B. Tech (Food Technology and Management), M. Tech (Food Plant Operations Management, Food Supply Chain Management, Food Process Engineering and Management, Food Safety and Quality Management, Food Technology and Management), and MBA (Dual specialization- Food and Agri-Business Management and Marketing/Finance/International Business) have been uniquely designed through cogent course content and discursive teaching-learning methods to address the talent crunch of the industry. An exclusive blend of technology and management courses in the curriculum and exquisite facilities like incubation centers, industrial internships, pilot plants, and workshops delivered by industry experts, sustainably forge passionate marketers, finance specialists, and food technocrats.
