IMMERSION PROGRAM AT IIM NAGPUR

A 5-day Immersion Program with lectures and workshops by industry experts and professors was organized for MBA (2023-25 batch) students from 18th to 22nd March 2024 at IIM Nagpur. The visit of NIFTEM-K students to the college campus as part of their immersion program proved to be a highly valuable and enriching experience. It was a wholesome learning experience for the students as they got to enhance their theoretical understanding of their course and analyze the practical aspects of it.

IMMERSION PROGRAM AT IIM JAMMU

A 5-day immersion program filled with lectures, workshops, and Hands-On experience by industry experts and professors was organized for 27 MBA students (2023-25) batch from 15th April 2024 to 19th April 2024 at IIM Jammu. It helps the students to understand and bridge the gap between their understanding of the corporate world and the actual scenarios. It gave them a glimpse into the world of management, inspired their academic aspirations, and equipped them with the knowledge and motivation to make informed decisions about their future educational and career paths. The exposure to the college environment and interactions with faculty members fostered a sense of excitement and preparedness for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead..

INTERNATIONAL IMMERSION PROGRAM AT UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE

The MBA students (2018-20) Batch visited Melbourne, Australia, as part of a collaboration program with the Department of Agriculture & Veterinary Sciences at The University of Melbourne, a leading public University in Australia. The students spent one week engaged in various activities during the visit, which included attending guest lectures by faculty at the Melbourne School of Business, visiting the Corporate Offices of two reputed business firms in the Agri-business industry, a leading retail supermarket chain and a progressive farm that was home to a family-operated portfolio of businesses and spending time at a wholesale marketplace.

International Immersion is an important part of MBA Program. All the admitted MBA students need to go abroad for an international immersion preferably with our collaboration Universities / Institutions/Industry.
