Food Science and Technology
The Department aims of promoting innovation in the food sector and catalyzing the growth of the food processing industry in India in a global context. Apart from imparting world–class education in the field of food science and technology, the department has research programs in frontline areas of Food Science and Technology. The department is also involved in the skill development of the farmers and industry personnel.
